XERO INVOICE CUSTOM TEMPLATE NEEDED

Hi,
I need very simple task to be done and requested here due to not having time to do it. Attached a PDF of what is needed for A XERO Invoice Custom . dox template that is needed.
As per the PDF:-
1- I need an Added Column before Description. The column title should be Date. The content (Ie the lines for example where it says TableStart etc.), I need to have this as a Calendar to select specific dates.
2- We don’t like where In Xero we have to Enter the Quantity always as 1 so we can enter the prices in Unit Price. We want the Qantity and Unit Price Columns to be combined in a 1 Column as Unit Price. Meaning, when an invoice is generated the Column Quantity Will not be shown and we only need to enter the Unit Price as the Amount to be charged.
3- Rows: When a new line is added there a grey line separating each line. We do not wish these lines to be shown in the invoice when generated. The Only line we want to show is the last line right above the Subtotal.
Needed to prepare 2 Custom . dox invoice template so we can upload on Xero:-
The first is as per the above.
The second template, is as per the above but without having point number one.
Note We will not make a payment before we upload them on Xero and make sure the templates are correct as per above.
