I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. I need an android app for grading papers that can read text. It should be able to identify single letter responses as well as double and triple letter responses. For example 1. A 2. BC 3. ADK etc. The key may be manually entered or scanned. However it must read the test being graded using a text reader or scanner. It will also need to compare results with the key to mark as correct or incorrect and display a grade instantly or create a csv file. It can identify students by code number. The final product should be able to read 200 tests ranging from 10 to 50 responses. The user will simply hold the phone over the exam and the exam will be graded automatically. Either I get a blank dialog for the Browse for Folder or I can't select a file in the Browse for File dialog. These are the standard Windows dialogs.
