It should use a usb connector to program the SAM21D in a similar way to the Arduino MKR Zero. The Atmel microcontroller will be connected to the SIM7020G in such a way to send data over LTE of course. Additionally, there should be 3 channels to measure voltage between 6-40v using the Atmel's onboard ADC. Cost of components should be a consideration. Designs should be submitted in Eaglecad format.
