We installed an SSL cert to ggctd.org. The site looks secure in Chrome. But in Firefox, it appears to not be secure. WPEngine tech team completed the certificate load to the web site. Further detail says that "Not Secure" is shown because the site is not using a private connection. this happens even if i select https:// before the hostname. This may be how it was before the certificate expired: i am not familiar with the site's normal appearance.
Hello, So we are in a bit of a mess. Originally we were working with a Dev to create us 2 Wordpress sites. However, somewhere along the lines we ended up with 2 Open Cart Website on Digital Ocean server. Previously we only worked with Wordpress sites on wpengine servers. So as you can tell we are at a complete lost on how to maneuver these 2 sites. Unfortunately there are a lot of updates we need, the ssl hasn't been added and the dev keeps disappearing so we are not able to get direct answers from him.
