I'm trying to use ansible in a way that is a bit backwards, and I could use some help. I'm trying to keep track of some machines with dynamic ip addresses that change often, and I have automated the updating of the ip addresses in the ansible host files. Now I want to use a jinja2 template to update those addresses in my laptop's ssh config. Normally you can use host vars to populate templated files on that host, but I want all hosts to put their vars in one file. It's a bit backwards. I am sure it can be done, but it is a bit over my head. The deliverable is an ansible playbook that does what I have described.
