I have a set of polygons and would like to - find the skeleton of polygons - separate the "inner" polygons from the outer ones. Require this to be done using shapely or gdal in Python. Freelancer should have done previous work with GIS / manipulation using polygon libraries and familiar with spatial analysis algorithms.
I am a technology startup company in Dubai. My company's focus area is Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Cybersecurity. I need a staking map from a hand drawn parcel map (provided in pdf format). This involves taking the hand drawn parcel map dimensions (APN 266-091-21-00) (17474 Via de Fortuna, Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067) and input the outlines of the property boundaries, the new parcel division line, the new driveway, the easement on the south edge, the curved easement for buried water line into digital form and creating a staking map.
