I am looking for a proxy script that is faster than PHProxy and CGIproxy. It doesn't really matter if the script is in PERL/CGI or PHP, so long as it is fast. I need a good caching system to make it faster. Speed is the main concern here, although the script will need to be able to run javascript and play flash files.

Hello, I have proxy sites using the phproxy script e.g and want to get script customized. Firstly, if you click "More Options [+]" on the homepage below the surf bar... it will expand, showing you many different options to browse the proxy. Now some of these options are checked and some unchecked. I want these options unchecked: - Remove client-side scripting (i.e. JavaScript) - Use base64 encoding on the URL I want the above options unchecked by default like the "Strip Website title" option there. Similar options are shown on the url form (above the banner ads in red color) when you browse any site using the proxy browser. So even here the these 2 options should not be checked... by default when someone surfs the proxy. Only if anyone wants to avail these...

I need a few mods done to PHProxy which are fairly minor. I need to be able to refuse connects to IPs that are hotlinking to my server. I found that the server was being used mostly for hotlinking images on some sites so that has to be taken care of. OK so there is scripts out there that work as a proxy, but I want one that will work with all sites, use SSL, the one I use now will not let me sign into sits that use ssl. I want a custom script, that will encode the url, allow me to have a header at the top of sites viewed, to put ads and a little form that a user can put a new url in. We are looking to have a proxy site built. Pretty much a clone of as I like their clean, simple look. Only difference is that site strictly does a PHProxy 0.4. I want the user to be able to select between PHProxy 0.4 and CGIProxy. Like on other proxy sites such as I would want a custom logo, but it could be a simple one like what has. Please note that the PHProxy 0.4 and CGIProxy scripts are already installed and functional on our server.
