Pagination + cache was implemented but the pagination was implements AFTER the api runs (30 second wait) and should be executed inside the stored procedure to start sending data to the front end after it has the first 30-50 records instead of waiting to receive the entire 6000 current records. we implemented cache but would like developer to evaluate the possibility of using redis to improve performance.
