PLEASE NOTE> iconcube is installed correctly. Also Wordpress gives blank page in admin. In my opinion, this is likely to be common fault associated with the LINUX server config (mod-security or PHP perhaps) Needs checking.

Im looking for a an experienced desktop application programmer who can develop and create an Ioncube Decoder. I enter an encrypted .php file, and the software provides the decryption of the file. I don't mind how the programming is done as long as its functional and is a desktop application. The ioncube decoder must have atleast 95% success rate. Only bid if you can do this.
