I am needing assistance with bulk email marketing on Interspire. Over a period of a few weeks / months, I have been adding contacts onto two separate contact lists. I have also built an autoresponder series for these two separate contact lists. It only occurred to me that because I have been adding contacts at different time intervals, it would mean that the very first contacts on that list will receive quite a few emails at once as they have been on longer than the rest. Is there anyway to rectify this without building two new contact lists so that all the contacts have been added at the same time. We have a dedicated server with Power MTA installed. We need fresh eyes to see where we are having deliverability issues which primarily involves DNS lookups to find out whether the recipient or client domains have proper MX, TXT [SPF, DKIM, DMARC] DNS Records. Whether the IP's or Domains are blacklisted at any of the DNS based BlackLists like SPAMHAUS DBL, URIBL, SURBL, SORBS, SPAMCOP, UCEPROTECT, etc..... Currently we have many errors on PMTA Queue and recently had a DDOS attack according to our IP provider. However it may be that rev DNS is wrong or too high settings for traffic.

Assistance needed with setting up email server and warming up new IP`s. We will be using own email lists and goregs when we get emails into peoples inboxes. Preferred programs are Interspire and Plesk with multiple IP`s. In past we got problems with inbox rates, so for this job we need someone who is really experienced with warming up IP`s, and can even use own lists for better results on beginning.
