I have Xtream code panel, dedicated and Moi Pro AMD IPTV Streaming Server with 16 tuner card. I want to create stream for my Xtream code IPTV panel. Moi Pro AMD has Dvblast and Tvheadend opensource software installed, so I would like to use any of this software to create stream. Person should know about Teanscode and should have best knowledge about Tvheadend. Quality work required with reasonable price.

Maybe we could use Raspberry pi 3 otherwise I will use my laptop for that project. Also I wan to use opensource server software like Tvheadend and other platforms. I transcode via pipe with ffmpeg. In some cases is the sound missing and video is runnig or video is running and sound is missing. Into a Tvheadend server we need to import a list of iptv into channels to make all channel available. The list have the structure like this: #EXTM3U #EXTINF:-1, ChannelTvName http://hostmmm:8000/live/Host1user/id/ We need that you place 1 iptv channel to make it working. We test it into the client application. If the system work we need explication how to import a complete list. The server already exist and is ready for tests. The final use is to re*stream the iptv list channels to all my devices into my home and list is limited to 1 active user only. If you have another solution we are open.

We´d like someone who knows how to start a broadcasting server in linux with tvheadend or similar software. It´s important previous experience with this kind of projects and some knowledge in satellite signals, the server will have at least one pcie with quad tuners. We will require step by step assistance and explanation of how to build from the ground up. It is not just to build the server, the how it works and questions will have to be answered in detail.
