So For example, we could specify, say, 5% off list price (.95 multiplier) for UPS Ground, 20% off for UPS 2nd day air (.8 multiplier), and 18% off for UPS Next Day Air (.82) (to give you an example). and it's working to display the right rates on the Shopping Cart page and the checkout process... until the final step it shows the full list prices for each method.
