I have a VOIP Server which has SOAP API facility. I need Call Center Agent user interface where administrator can also log on to integrate with my VOIP Server. There is a product out there which does everything I want, except that i want it web based, and not MS Program. I have an admin and agent user guide, which you can download from here.
