Browser Compatibility Issues on ASP Project

I have the following browser compatibility issues for my site: General Issues 1. When you access the site in Safari the links on the member side don’t work and the graphics seem to be off 2. In Chrome you also cannot click on member images 3. In IE7 and IE8 there are issues on the registration and member pages with the way backgrounds look 4.
