ASP + MS SQL 2000 Freelance Individual Developer Required.

We require a developer who can work as per our convinent time schedule and provide us solutions perfectly. We expect that he/she should be expert in ASP, JAVASCRIPT, HTML, DHMTL, XHTML, MS SQL 2000 including Stored Procedures and everything, MS ACCESS 2000. This is lead it for ongoing project work. So we are expecting someone who is working from home and expecting per month rewards. Our budget is as per indian market and salary scale.
