Construction Estimate Plan/Grid

A estimate plan designed to an asp.net grid. Telerik or default controls desired. Visual Studio 10 madatory. See excell file example attached. The grid will be used for construction estimate. Resources and assemblies will be used to estimate service values. Changes in one estimate cannot reflect on others (except resource or assembly code/name/description/un/class). Changes in resources or assemblies will reflect the same code item in the same estimate (coef/$). (Coef = usage rate) Client services will be provided in excell file and imported to asp.net page.
