Create access db table and web form

To create an access database table that can hold apartment feature listings. There are 100 odd features for a particular apartment listing. Then, to create a web based form to fill in all the values for that access table, and on submit, those values get inserted as a new record in that database table using SQL query. Must be done in ASP.
