Access to Web conversion

Dear Coders, We have completely ready application built in MS Access (8 very small form and 3 forms having more than 20 controls, 15-16 reports etc...). We want this application to be converted to web based application (complete clone). The back end should be MS SQL and front end can be either classical ASP or ASP.Net. However, ASP.Net (vb.net) is preferred. * there are no graphics work is required. However, frontend should be professional and user friendly.
