Compiling and submitting annual accounts for non-profit company limited by guarantee in England by 31/10/16

I am looking for a qualified accountant to produce the annual accounts for a non-profit organisation (small company limited by guarantee, just over GBP 10k turnover) so that they can be *submitted to Companies House by Monday 31/10*. I have a list of all the transactions (with descriptions, payee etc) in Excel and all of them are assigned to an expenditure category. The income comes from only one donor. Almost all expenses are incurred in foreign currency, but they have been converted to GBP at the respective day's exchange rate.
