I am looking for an Amazon AWS expert to help with setting up an auto-scaling group. My instance runs a web app and is occasionally maxing out the cpu load, and I need it to scale up when we hit 70% capacity and scale back down at 40% capacity to increase my web app uptime. Please only bid if you have experience in the area and have feedback relating to this type of work. Please only bid if you have the capacity to complete this work within 24 hours.

Hello. Looks like you will need some basic automatic scaling functionality in this project. I mean in some point in future when you will need to update your services(files) - you will need custom AWS API based script to handle this. I can help with first part today and second part later if you will need it.
