The App must be able to add data to an existing database on SQL Server from an Android tablet via a simple form input. The ability to edit an existing record is also required. Additionally, the app can use the existing camera to take photos on the tablet, annotate them and add them to the record. The record should be able to be pushed to the database when connected wirelessly. This is not an app to be marketed, it is for business use only. The data includes qualitative and quantitative information as well as photos linked to a specific location record. It requires a simple calculation based on data selected from drop-down menus, as well as a subform linked to each record.
