Data Gathering Ipad App

Project is to develop an app that will log data (correct/incorrect scores) based on answers given to teachers working with multiple students. The logged data will need to be time stamped and recorded into a database. The teacher will be switching between students answering questions, so the app will need to allow the teacher to capture data for each student when it is their turn. App will be a tool bar screen with10-12 function buttons that will perform the following features and a back end database to store the results in as well as input new clients and other client related database records. On the tool bar screen will be the following buttons: + and - buttons will enter correct or incorrect entry into database along with time stamp R button will Record and then Stop Record a voice only recording V button will Record and then Stop Record a Voice and Video recording P button will Play last recorded sound/video file. A Mute button to mute and unmute the ipad sound function A drop down menu field to select a database record of a student to store the correct and incorrect entry into A drop down menu field to select a database record for a particular goal for the selected student. The backend database will have approximately 14 - 16 entry/edit screens to enter data into the database. Examples of the data entry screens and all other screens can be provided once developer is selected. There will be 5 or 6 reports and graphs that will be designed to run based on the data collected. Ability to email the reports in formats such as pdf and txt. The toolbar can be used in portrait and landscape orientations. I will require full ownership of code which shall be suitably documented to support future development, possibly by other parties. It is expected that additional functionality will be developed at a future date based on user demand. The app will be available for download for a charge for use on the iPad2. The successful developer will drive the project from inception to completion including name registration and release to Apple Apps store. Future version will be desired in Android 3.0 or greater for other platforms. Experience matters so the successful developer will: - Have developed projects that are now available on the apps store - Supply references from other clients who your have developed iPhone/iPad apps for - Provide regular reporting and updates on the status of the project - Provide a date for project completion which will be strictly adhered to - Sign a Non Disclosure Agreement Please send samples of other iPAD apps you have created. Also please describe your development process, and how we will be able to view your work in progress. Finally, we will need help submitting to Apple's App Store. We are ready to begin and would like to finish as soon as possible. Please describe how long this will take you. Applicants must be English proficient, readily accessible for communication during the creation process, be able to start immediately and finish the project within a reasonable time frame. It is expected that you be able to indicate approximate hours required to complete this project once fully briefed on the details.
