Android Logon App

Hello and thank you for reading, What I am looking to achieve is an application that auto-launches when an Android Phone or Pad is turned on. So rather than using any built in functionality of the Phone/Android, this would be a separate app altogether. It would launch immediately when the person turns on their Android Phone/Pad and would ask the person to enter some authentication information before they could get access to anything. The project has two parts. i) as described above ii) for this you will need an Android Phone because this part uses the built in phone camera. I already have the code for this. It is just a matter of integrating. thanks
