Build a mobile" Polling" and "focus study" App

The idea of this app is that an advertising agency can send a commercial or a product, or any content to 1000's of app users at one time, in order to get their opinions about the content. So first, there must be a way to get the content to 1000 people at one time. We must collect their data at time of purchase of the app and based on demographics, we choose the 1000 or whatever number we need for the "poll". Once the content is sent to the app users, the ad agency can ask a series of questions about the content to everyone who viewed it, to get their individual opinions on what they saw,. We also record their video as they watch the content, in order to watch their reactions. Those recordings are stored in a cloud. ( for later analysis) They write text answers. or check boxes to questions we provide . Those answers are then analyzed by a statistician or data company ( hired by the agency) in order to calculate the responses, thereby getting a consensus . There must be a way that the app user can Opt in to yet another validation method of receiving a phone call after the answers are already provided. This vcreates a new layer of data, thereby further vslidating thier opinions and creating a more accurate "poll" or " focus study"
