ASAP I need you to do is READ and review the RFP and make sure the list of items required to be on our budget is you list it using our excel spreadsheet we will send to you. This is for a response to a proposal so you will need to make sure all the areas the Conference Director and support team has been addressed on the excel spreadsheet we to send you. Also, have a contingency percent factored in. The budget cap is $400,000 for the Conference Director and support team. If you have done RFP with budget this should really be easy for you. We are looking for a long term relationship with for future proposals. KEY* Make sure noting is missed for out budget. Rate per hour for Conference Director, $80 hour Exposition-Sponsor Manager $60 hour, Project Manager-$60hour, Graphic Designer $40 hour, Conference Assistant $30 hour.
