Chemist

We would like to work with a chemist to create a product that can be poured over a foul-smelling liquid to neutralize the smell. Product form may be liquid or easily disintegrated solid (e.g., effervescent tablet). Product must contain the following attributes: - Creates an odor-impermeable barrier on water surfaces (e.g., oil) - Composed of natural ingredients (e.g., essential oils) - Absorbs and/or neutralizes odors - May have subtle, pleasant smelling fragrance to assist in odor masking/neutralization - Non-toxic, whether on skin or when breathed (e.g., in spray form) - Non-abrasive to the skin - Does not stain clothes, skin, or household surfaces (e.g., tiles, ceramics) - Can be dyed different colors, such as black - High potency ??" a small amount of product can neutralize the smell of a large liquid volume You would be paid a small stipend, receive a letter of recommendation, get a great resume-building role, and have completely flexible hours as long as timelines are met. Our headquarters is in NYC, but you can work from wherever you want. Please send an updated resume and proposal on your approach to developing this product - how you would do it, what ingredients you would put in it, cost associated with development (lab cost, materials cost, etc). ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
