Delphi/PHP Conversion to Amazon UK

I currently have an app that resides on both the web (PHP) and as a downloadable software (coded source in Delphi 7). I need to convert this US-based [login to view URL] project to a UK-based project. It will consist of these things: 1) Create a new MySQL database (copy old one ok). 2) Convert all PHP pages from [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] (code changes will require finding new pages, etc that match the us ones). Quite simple, but may require some research. 3) Convert the Delphi 7 Application to work with Amazon.co.uk. 4) Ensure that security checks remain working/valid. All functions have no bugs/errors (as it is now). It is a pretty straight-forward process but does require knowledge of Amazon's AWS technology (Web Services). If you decide to recompile the source into VB or another language, that's fine, but we will then need to add a 3-week testing cycle once complete. If it is a straight Delphi change, only 2-weeks of testing will be needed to ensure bug-free operation. This does not mean that you'll be working for those two weeks - it just means that we need to allow for some testing before I can finalize payment. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Needs to work on PHP (web) and Windows 95/98/Me/2000/XP
