converting javascript menu into dnn skin, tweaking color scheme

We had a developer produce a menu for us which we wanted to implement to replace our current, "flatter looking" menu, however there was some confusion and the menu was designed in javascript and not dnn. So I need someone who can reproduce this as a proper dnn skin, as well as tweaking it to match more closely our website's color (and make closer to the menu color we currently have) for the proper candidate this should be a 30-60 minute job :) ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
