I usually receive audio and video files in English as product specifications and these are the basis for my product documentation. So it's natural that I should be able to not only transcribe but also understand the emotions involved and document accordingly. I keep the writing process simple - Go through the content and understand the requirement, Identify the tool, write a draft, rewrite draft, perform self-review and ask for a peer review, send for approval, and deliver in the required format.
