Convert JPG photo to Illustrator

I need to convert a kitesurfing picture into an Illustration for Adobe Illustrator, to be printed in an T-shirt. It can be only black and white, and it can't be "live traced". Keep in mind the illustration must include at leas some traces on the face, hair, short, t-shirt and in the foot straps. I have provided and example of the original picture and the resulting vector. As well as the picture I want to convert. UPDATE: I added a new zip file with the photo to be converted in a higher resolution. As some of you reported that the first pictures as too dark I have included also an alternative picture([login to view URL]). I will pay U$10,00 for each of the pictures.
