I would like to hire an Artist

I'm a youtuber and I'm writing a anime all I need is a person who can draw my anime. I will give full credit if you want. I need the art to be draw on a laptop, I will give you a website you can use, I use it and it is really great. I will need the person to work with me for 3 months and each of the comics should be done by each week. I will tell you what i want it to look like.
