Designing the simple mold for injection machine

Hello , i have more than 6 years experience in the plastic parts design industry and plastic mold design , i can design the plastic parts using NX, Solidworks , Autodesk inventor providing all assembly drawing , i can design the required molds using NX moldwizard or Imold software considering all plastic parts design considerations (wall thickness , ribs, fillets and radii , shrinkage factors ....etc) if you provide more information regarding the polymer material and injection machine i can simulate the injection process regarding mold filling , packing , cooling and warpage using moldflow or moldex3D to ensure the sounds of the molds

I'm an Aerospace engineer with strong background about design and modeling by Solidworks and Autocad, I was the Mechanical Design team leader at UAV Competition and we get the first place in the mechanical design. I was the team leader at Chassis and Aerodynamics team at Formula Team at my Faculty and we ranked 25 in general and 10th for Chassis Design at National Universities Competition held in England. work will submitted in time as i'm free this days.
