If you want just to convert these drawings to AutoCAD, that ca be done within the project budget but I do not think that is the right way to do it. The right way to do it is, to redraw all drawings in AutoCAD. Price to redraw all drawings from your file would be about 10 X the project budget. Hope to hear from you. Best regards!
