**Background:** We are a small food service and hospitality start up with limited financials and looking to get a professional and attractive business plan. Please read our project brief. **Ask: **1-Review of our existing financial projections and make adjustments as needed. Existing Financial projections include sales projections, expense and labor projections, Profit & Loss Stmt, 5 yr profit and loss stmt, investment analysis, and assumptions. If needed, you will be responsible of adding additional financial projections. 2-Conduct industry, market, and competitor researches and include them in the Business Plan 3-Complete the write up of a typical business plan with standard table of content. ** ** ## Deliverables **Requirements****: **1-Sign an NDA when awarded for the project 2-Fixed price bids Only. Hourly rates will not be acceptable. 3-Have a phone or in-person meeting with me to get the details on the business concept. If you have questionnaire, we can answer them, but need to see the template before rewarding you with this project 4-Complete the Business Plan in 7 week days (not business days) 5-The overall business plan should not exceed 30 pages, but also should not be less than 25 pages. Out of which graphs and tables should NOT take more than 1/3 of the plan. 6-The plan needs to be written in English and in a clear and concise matter. Make the plan inviting to read - use visually appealing template and structure, write in short paragraphs, and use bullet points whenever applicable. 7-Help to establish an achievable and manageable goals and S.M.A.R.T objectives. The SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time defined. For example, one of our objective is to secure some additional financials from investors and lenders 8-Include a strong executive summary which will include summaries of: a description of the company, including products and/or services, mission statement, business's management, the market and target customers, marketing and sales, competition, business operations, financial projections and plans, and obviously our ask from potential investors and lenders. The executive summary should end with a summary statement, a "last kick at the can" sentence or two designed to persuade the readers of our business plan that our business is a winner. The executive summary should be no more than two pages long 9-First sentence in your response should include the following famous phrase so we know you really read our project brief. "What man's mind can create, man's character can control" ** Differentiators:** 1-The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both business plan writing and start-up organizations and be able to show samples of plans written in the past. 2-Have written strong business plans for food and hospitality industry. 3-Have experience in the food and hospitality industry. 4-Have experience in working at NY and NYC area. 5-Have raised capital for your own business or others. If any of your previous business plan writing secured loans, it will be a good plus to mention about it in your response.
