Hello, I need a custom program built that is web based and can manage and automate different aspects of our jobs and our warehouse. Here is a brief outline of what I need, if you are a serious bidder who can deliver me something by Jan 15-30, 2010 and can offer maintenance to work out bugs etc., I will PM you a more detailed outline. -Web-Based Job data entry o All data about jobs, materials, equipment, manpower needed, addresses, etc. -Select data is automatically sent to certain individuals -Automated invoices are created for materials equipment and vehicles taken out of our warehouse and used on jobs. These invoices are sent to our accounting department. -Inventory materials are tracked in the warehouse in real time. When material levels reach a certain level, an auto-email is sent to our suppliers requesting what we need. -Real-time, web-based, printable reports -real time equipment tracking. Large pieces are tracked. -Flexibility. Purchaser can enter rental rates for different pieces of equipment, e.g. vehicles, heavy equipemtn, large tools get a rental rate that is billed to a specific job. -Ability to create and view schedules for equipment.
