There will be 2 steps in the project. 1: A windows-based application, which will need to install on the client pc and will show popups after certain period of time, which will be specified by you. The program will be receiving it’s settings through a web-based xml interface. It will also receive update notifications this way. The pages for the ads will be specially generated and their urls will be stored in the xml for the client’s apps to read. There are 2 versions of the program, one that is an activex loaded from the website, and one that is an exe. 2: This will be web-based part. The website will be basic for downloading the application and viewing the statistics (number of installations/number of impressions per each ad). Also the website will provide and xml editor, so you will be able to add new ads/add update info/view statistics. This has to be password protected The application will comply with Firefox and MSIE. That appears to be it. If there is anything else, please post in PMB. Also, if you are able to make a ActiveX Adware program simmilar to loudcash within the budget range, we will be interested.

Sir, We have a exe version of adware ready to go that essentially counters Windows XP SP2. We can make it like an Active X exe for a very minimal cost if you may prefer. This quote of 1800 is the approximate cost for the total software. We can sell it so cheap because we already have it ready to go.
