Automatically established Bluetooth SPP connection

Hi, I need a (preferably C#) application to connect to a datalogger that has a KC21 bluetooth module - using the SPP profile. For this freelancer project I just need the part of the application that will, at the click of a button, search for a bluetooth module with a known 'friendly' name and establish a connection to it. The download of data etc. is not in scope - I just need something that will take the application to the point of serial communication established. The application needs to connect reliably using in-built laptop bluetooth or USB dongles, and not rely on previously established pairings. The users will want to just click a button and the application find the bluetooth device, connect and download without further interaction - many different dataloggers (all with the same device name) will be downloaded at different times and different places.
