C Program to interact with Microsoft Word.

I need a C program written to run on Windows that interacts with Microsoft Word’s Object model to automate Word to perform several functions. The program to start with will be relatively simple. Later more features & functions will be added. At this stage I just need to find a developer who has the necessary skills that I can work with into the future. The project to bid on at this stage is simply this: Write a C program that when run displays a small panel on the screen (say 2 inches by 2 inches). On this panel is a button. When the button is pressed Microsoft Word is started and a new document opened. In the document the words “This is a test” is displayed.
