Hi, Looking for somebody to create a simple application application in c# using emgu cv (dot NET wrapper) which will detect and recognize faces from live feed as well as from an image. It also needs to have speech recognition in it i.e When someone is recognized the application must welcome them by there name. We would be using speech to communicate with the application so that it can perform certain tasks and face recognition will be used for authenication purpose
