C# OCR and Logo (Matching) on PDF Files

Invoice matching The solution should be made in c# and build as a DLL so we can easy use it our program. It's OK if the solution required 3th part component but I will have a price on these components before starting. There will not be bought any components before it all works so it have to be working on a trial version. There will not be paid any money before I can see the solution is working. So what you should deliver is DLL and then also a test program so I can test the DLL. All with source. The idea : We have a finance program and we should have the invoice automatic importet into our program so what the user will do is to put all the invoice (as pdf) into a folder, then there will be a service there converted the invoice into XML like Date, invoice text, name, currency etc. The program also have to regonize the name of the sender of the invoice. That can be done by taken the name of the owner in the invoice if we have wrote it or regonize the logo there is on the invoice. The program can't just know what the logo are, where the date is located etc so we have to teach the program where the different value are located in the PDF so this tool should also be delivered. So... 1.) Make a tool there can learn the program how the invoice is setup so the program can regonize the sender of the invoice and all the values. 2.) Make a function there can take a invoice as pdf and then regonize it and take all the values and put it into a XML string 3.) make a test program for the tool(1) and invoice handling.(2) Best regards Kim Johansen
