Using a USB webcam widely available in any computer shop, count number of plastic cards stacked under it. Operative goes under: 1. Operator takes a gruop fo cards from production box. 2. Stacks them horizontally under webcam. 3. [Optional operator click form button to take snapshot | or | system detects stacked pile and takes snapshot automatically] (behavior defined with software configuration file) 4. Webcam takes snapshot and count number of cards. 5. Software shows acquired image on screen, so operator knows an accepted image has been acquired. 5. Software displays number counted on a form and prepares for next count. 6. Repeat from point 1
