I am looking for a programer to build a CRM for the auto sales industry. I have been using an excell program to run it for the last 10 plus years. This CRM will be designed to track customers at each step in their buying process (demonstration ride, Write-up stage, Turn to another salesperson or manager and sold.) This program will also keep track of all customers follow-up and status. It will need to track a data base by either individual, team, groups or entire staff. It must be a network programed to be accessed in any location in the business or via internet. Must contain dropdown menues for quick data entry. Must include a printable daily work plan for any person in the system. It will need to calculate vaerious percentages and status of all employees. Must be able to view this program in live status on a computer screen or TV in any office or internet. That is the basics of it. I have been running a live excell program for years and now need to make it much more professional and more user friendly. My name is Ken Thanks.
