I require C++ code (OOP) that will solve a given image-captcha code and returns its content as a string. There must be no external files required at runtime aside of the captcha-image. The captcha is available in *.bmp format. The captcha is black / white only with noise and random lines. See attachment for a preview of the captcha image. More captcha can be provided if required during development. The solving time for each captcha must not be higher than 2sec. The average solving-correctness must be 95% or better.
