Chrome Extension

I need help building a chrome extension that utilizes Google apps script and injects content into web pages. The project shouldn't take long (less then an hour probably) I have about $15, and I would appreciate any help. I need the extension to extract the URLs that appear or are typed into my address bar and then I need it to send those URLs off to Google apps script, where Google apps script will run the javascript api "[login to view URL]" to obtain the source code for those URLs and then re-inject that source code back into my web page. Thus Google's fetching bot will essentially be acting as a proxy for me as I search the web. It's fine if some content isn't compatible e.g. a video that needs flash to play, but I should be able to see the text/images and have java script function properly. Again, I would appreciate any help.
