I have 3 bootstrap based pages I need someone with great css3 and javascript skills to look at. 1) Page need to work better with mobile and other devices (grid and margin issues) 2) If have UI proposals to make the web pages better 3) Create 4 different css themes that my users can choose between (colors, background, etc). Second - do you have experience with creating Javascript widgets?
