Build a Website

Hello Web Developers, I am looking for a Senior web developer who has done a variety of websites without CMS. I want someone who has Portfolio of works, dont just post me random site links. I am a coder myself but i am looking for someone to work on this instead. Front End: The front end will pretty much look simple, just like google actually. The user will enter in their Account Name and Select their respective servers. After the search is underway there will be a loading screen with some kind of animation while the data is gathered. When fully loaded the loader will hide and the user will be presented with there in Game profile and stats. There will be some -webkit animations or transitions when it first displays, something smooth feeling. Backend NOTE: To get the stats you must be familiar with Riot API, or at least have read how to use it. I want someone who can guarantee fast work on this, i have had a developer before who could not handle the api on another project. http://developer.riotgames.com. The Backend will be the following: API calls, a managements system that controls how many calls can be made per minute. This is a simple project except for the API part which i am not skilled in. There will be no Custom Visual Assets currently. I want something clean and basic. I will extend on it myself. I expect Semantic Code.
