CSS expert coder needed

We need a strong CSS person to create some pages that will merge with our .net database. There are two distinct pages: catgeory page (show multiple products for that category), Must have navigation feature similar to: <[login to view URL]> item detail page (show specific for that one item) <[login to view URL]> see also the navigation bar at the bottom of this screen. We need these coded ASAP with div tags. Must be compatible with all major browsers. You must be able to replicate these layouts/fonts/colors very closley to these samples. Must have VERY STRONG coding skills to tweak if needed on a ongoing basis.
