There are a lot of residential buildings, portal frame structures and special structures, multy-storey buildings, etc. I have Certificate of Full Legal Capacity for Design from Chamber of engineers in the investment design, License Ref.№06200, Sofia, Bulgaria. If the structure is statically determined I will provide hand calculation. I will make Finite Element model if the girder is statically undetermined. Analysis results will be summarized in an EXEL file.
