Book Content Sushi

I am putting a "how to make your own sushi at home" user manual I need someone to put together all the content and instructions on how to make sushi "by hand" The book is intended for beginners, so the content must not be long winded, but rather short to the point and "easy to action" for the Home Sushi Chef Wannabee. My book will be of high quality, and the content inside the book needs to reflect this. The task for this bid is for someone to research and get this content organised in Microsoft Word format. References to Images for the various sections / instructions in the book would be great. If necessary (and I am sure it will be, these images can be drawn by someone else on RAC. This will require your input.
