Create Contents page for completed recipe ebooks

G'day writers, This project is extremely easy I just don't have the time to do it myself. I have 17 completed recipe books and I require a contents page created for each one including the title and page numbers. To enusre page numbers are correct, This is all I require for each document. 1) Ensure Title page is included 2) New page Include Contents Page has to have ... Contents (2 colomn continuous table) in one column and page numbers in other. All titles have to have only the first word of the recipe with a capital. No ALL caps. 3) New page Introduction (just put introduction as title) 4) New page Recipes... Making sure every recipe title and page number is in the contents. That's it.. Simple project isn't it?
